The programs and structures of the College are designed to prepare students for life after they leave the College. Student Pathways is seen as a vital part of this preparation. Students are provided with individual counselling and support to ensure that the students are exposed to opportunities that will assist their individual development and future pathways. The College has a trained, experienced Careers Counsellor, a Youth Commitment Team and employs the expertise of a counsellor from KYM. There is a well resourced Pathways Centre that is open to students. Each fortnight students receive a detailed Careers Newsletter, this is provided in written form to those in years 10, 11 and 12. and is posted on the College intranet.
